Robin D. Hoffman

Office Manager and Construction Administrator

Robin Hoffman is a native New Yorker, with a life-long love of music, art, the deep blue sea, animal friends, and finding ways to make people smile. Robin has a Bachelor of Music degree from Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA., where she majored in Composition, and the Recording Arts. A Graduate of the High School of Art & Design in NYC, with a concentration in Commercial Art, Theater/Display Arts and Photography.

Certification in History of Art from the Medici Institute, in Florence, Italy.
Certification in Desktop Publishing, from Montclair State University, Montclair, NJ.
She has taught students the “sound mixdown process” at Berklee in her junior and senior year, and was the first live sound engineer for the grand opening of the famous Berklee Performance Center.

Some of Robin’s sound engineering experiences include Ravi Shankar, Chuck Mangione, Herb Pomeroy, Kenny G, Miles Davis, and various big and small bands. Robin has a passion for music and is an accomplished singer/songwriter/composer and musician. She was classically trained on piano from the age of 5, is a lead vocalist, and an acoustic guitarist, and electric bassist. She also enjoys playing hand percussion. Robin’s experience composing and performing professionally, began at age 12, and spans decades.

  • Catalog Color/Print Coordinator, Appleseeds, a women’s retailer & catalog company in Beverly, MA.
  • Product Development Coordinator for Calvin Klein Cosmetics/Unilever Cosmetics International, Inc. in Mount Olive, NJ.
  • Studio/Mechanical Artist and Associate Studio Manager -Torre, Renta, Lazur, Inc., a healthcare advertising agency in Parsippany, NJ.
  • Jr. Art Director for Saatchi & Saatchi Worldwide -NY, N.Y., a consumer print and broadcast advertising agency.

Now, happy and fortunate to be an integral part of Aline Architecture, as Office Manager/Project Manager, surrounded by very talented architects and designers, the deep blue sea, new animal friends, art in architecture naturally, and music.
