Aline Architecture is a multidisciplinary Cape Cod practice. Most firms hand a project off at least twice between the first sketch and the last coat of paint. We don’t. The same team designs the building, engineers the structure, plans the interiors and the site, and either builds it or manages the builder who does.
New homes, additions, renovations and commercial buildings, from site studies and presentation drawings to construction documents and supervision. Structural engineering in house, including flood-zone foundations and high-wind design.
Site placement, grading, stormwater, native planting and outdoor rooms, designed with the building and permitted alongside it.
Design-build, general contracting, and contract management for builders: weekly reports, cash flow tracking and an architect on site.
You don't have to know which service you need
Most projects arrive as a question: is this lot buildable, can this house be lifted, why is the kitchen always dark, what would it take to stop heating the outdoors. We can be engaged for an entire project, brought in to brainstorm at the very beginning, or consulted for an hour on a single problem. Our job is to make order out of the complexity, and to make the process a good one for you. The first conversation usually clarifies which of the services above you actually need.
